Communication and Respect Policy: Terre Haute Automated Office cleaning is a small local company. We work one on one with each of our clients and expect honest, open and respectful communications both ways. Please address any negativity or issues to Chris or a Supervisor. It is to your benefit to talk encouragingly to our employees as that motivates them and they naturally want to do great work for customers that appreciate them. Any negative or demeaning talk or attitude towards our employees could be grounds for termination of our services (we will not work for someone that will not give basic respect our employees).
Free Estimate Policy: Estimates are always free unless stated otherwise prior to the estimate. If anyone says they are from our company and they are trying to charge for an estimate, please call Chris at (812)243-3862 because they probably aren't really from our company.
Pre-Pay Policy: Cleanings are pre-pay unless another agreement is made prior to the cleaning. We are not a collection agency and the time and effort to collect payments takes away from our ability to provide a great service. If you are part of a corporation that will not be able to pre-pay, please discuss what you can do with the Chris and we can see if there can be an exception.
Missed Service Policy: If you pre-pay and we fail to complete the service, you will be able to reschedule or receive a refund. If you pre-pay and you cancel the service, your refund will be based off the cancelation policy.
Cancelation policy: If you cancel a service, this affects the crew losing that income, the business losing that income, and the fact that we could have been completing jobs for other customers in that time. For that reason, cancelations must be made in writing (email preferred) at least 48 hours in advance to provide time to fill the empty spot. Any cancelation after that time will be offered a reschedule but not a refund.
Facility Conditions: We love making your facility shine. This is hard to do if there is no electricity, no water, etc.. Please ensure that all utilities are active or let us know in advance so we can make a plan. If we arrive and the utilities are not active, we might leave and send you a message to ask for a reschedule date. Temperature: some locations put their thermostat up or down when they are closed to save energy. If you do this, please have a discussion with Chris so we can have an agreement on if you will leave the thermostat up until we clean and lowering it will be part of our automation, or if you will lower it and we will put it back while we clean and then return it to where you had it when we leave. I will not ask my employees to clean in an 80 degree facility. If this happens, we may leave and send you a message asking to reschedule the service.
